Redesigned Western Star Concrete homepage, with concrete project photography and quote request buttons

THE STARTING POINT

Make the work easier to explore.

The earlier site described both residential and commercial concrete services and already offered a “Get a Quote” button. The opportunity was to give visitors more detail about the company’s capabilities and projects before they reached out.

Western Star wanted a purple and black look and stronger visibility for its commercial work, while keeping its residential services easy to find.

WHAT WE BUILT

A website built around the work.

01

Clear service paths

Separate residential and commercial pages help visitors find the work that fits their project.

02

Real project examples

Photos and crew footage show the team in action, including a 40,000 sq ft industrial pour and a concrete flume.

03

A more useful quote request

The form asks about project type, location, contact preference and scope, with optional plans or photos. Visitors can also call directly.

BEFORE & AFTER

See the shift in presentation.

The earlier mobile views below are screenshots of an archived version of the site. The new design above brings project examples, service paths and the quote request into a more focused experience.

Archived pages can display differently from the original live site, so these images document the earlier presentation rather than a precise performance comparison.

THE RESULT

More context before the conversation.

Visitors can now review specific services and projects and send a more detailed inquiry. Lead and sales changes have not been measured for this case study.
